Analytics Overview
The Analytics section provides reports and insights to help you understand your club's activity and membership. Access it from Admin > Analytics in the sidebar.
Who Can Access Analytics?
Analytics is available to committee members with the View analytics permission. If you have this permission, you'll see the Analytics link in the admin sidebar.
Analytics Hub
The Analytics hub page displays three report categories as cards. Click any card to open that report.
Available Reports
| Report | Description |
|--------|-------------|
| Attendance | Track how many players attend each club session over time |
| Player Stats | Leaderboards, win rates, partner and opponent analysis from club sessions |
| Report Builder | Build custom breakdowns of your membership by any field |
Getting Started
- New clubs should start with Attendance once they've run a few club sessions to see participation trends
- Active clubs will find Player Stats useful for tracking competitive play and recognising top performers
- All clubs can use the Report Builder to understand membership demographics and spot patterns
