Deleting Your Club
How to permanently delete your club and all associated data from Badminton Clubhouse
Deleting Your Club

Before You Delete
Consider these alternatives before deleting your club:
Archive Instead
If your club is temporarily inactive, consider:
- Setting the club as inactive rather than deleting
- Archiving past seasons to preserve history
- Removing member access while keeping data
Export Data First
Before deletion, you may want to:
- Export your member list
- Download any important documents
- Save email templates for future use
- Screenshot any statistics you want to keep
Notify Members
It's good practice to:
- Inform members before deleting the club
- Give them time to download their own data
- Provide alternative contact information
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I recover a deleted club?

What happens to member accounts?
All member accounts associated with your club are deleted, including their login credentials. Members will no longer be able to sign in.
