| Expired | Membership has lapsed and needs renewal |

Profile Completeness
Members can have complete or incomplete profiles:

- Incomplete - Missing required fields like contact details or emergency contact
Incomplete profiles affect your ability to communicate with members and meet safeguarding requirements.
Invitation Status
Track whether members have been invited to create their login:
- Invited - Login invitation has been sent
- Not Invited - No invitation sent yet (useful for imported members)
You can filter by invitation status to easily send invitations to new imports.
Tips for Member Management
- Keep profiles complete - Regularly filter for incomplete profiles and follow up with members
- Monitor expiring memberships - Use status filters to identify members needing renewal reminders
- Use tags for organization - Apply tags to group members for easier communication
- Export for reports - Use filtered exports to generate reports for committee meetings
- Archive don't delete - When members leave, archive rather than delete to maintain historical records
