Understanding Your Dashboard

My Dashboard is the first screen you see when you open the app. It's designed to show you only the things that are relevant right now — what's coming up, anything that needs your attention, and the latest news from the club.

Note: When you log in, regular members land on My Dashboard. Admin users land on Admin Home but can switch to My Dashboard from the sidebar (desktop) or the Home tab (mobile).

Greeting

At the top of the dashboard you'll see a personal greeting and a short chip describing your membership status. If your membership is Active, that's all you need to know — you have full access. Other statuses (Pending, Expiring, Lapsed) will trigger a renewal banner below the greeting.

See Membership Status for what each status means.

Needs You

If there's anything waiting for a decision from you, it shows up here first — before any news or events. Typical items:

  • Outstanding balance — fees owed to the club, with a link to pay
  • Incomplete profile — missing fields that the club needs from you (phone, emergency contact, etc.)
  • Pending RSVPs — events you've been invited to but haven't replied Yes or No on yet

Each item has a clear action button. Once you've dealt with them all, the whole section disappears.

Tip: If you don't see this section, you're all caught up — nothing is waiting on you.

Renewal Banner

If your membership is expiring in the next 30 days or has already lapsed, a warm orange or rose banner appears with a link to renew. Acting on this early means no loss of access.

Install App & Turn On Notifications

Two small cards offer to make the app behave more like a real app on your device:

  • Install app — adds it to your Home Screen / desktop so it opens in full screen, no browser chrome. On iPhone you're sent to the install instructions; on Android and desktop Chromium, one tap installs it.
  • Turn on notifications — lets the club send you push notifications for new events, announcements, and team selections.

Both are optional. Once done, the relevant card hides itself.

Next Up

If there's a club event happening in the next 48 hours — clubnight, match, social, meeting — it gets a dark hero card with a live countdown ("Starts in 3h 42m") and a gold glow. This is the single most important thing to know on match day, so it's styled to stand out.

Tap the card to see full event details and RSVP.

This Week

A simple list of events scheduled in the next 14 days, colour-coded by type:

| Event type | Dot colour |

|-----------|------------|

| Clubnight | Green |

| Match | Orange |

| Social | Rose |

| Meeting | Blue |

Each row shows the event name, when it is (Tonight / Tomorrow / Thu 25 Apr), venue, and how many members have said they're coming. Tap a row to open the event.

If there's nothing in the next two weeks, the section hides itself.

From the Club

The latest announcements from the committee and your teams. Most recent first. Tap View all to see the full list.

Troubleshooting

An event I know about isn't showing

"This week" only looks 14 days ahead. Check the full Calendar for anything further out.

Someone says they sent an announcement, I don't see it

Try pulling to refresh, or check the full Announcements page — dashboard only shows the most recent few.

I don't see "Install app" or "Turn on notifications"

Either you've already done it on this device, or your browser doesn't support the feature. iPhones use a different install flow — see Installing the App on iPhone.
