Learn how to use your member dashboard to stay informed about your club activities
Understanding Your Dashboard
Your personal dashboard (called "My Dashboard" in the sidebar) provides a snapshot of your membership status, team assignments, and important club updates.
Note: When you log in, regular members are taken directly to My Dashboard. Admin users land on Admin Home but can access My Dashboard via the "My Club" section in the sidebar.
Dashboard Overview
The dashboard is organized into several cards and widgets that give you quick access to the most important information:

Membership Status Card
At the top of your dashboard, you'll find your membership status card. This shows:
- Your name and profile photo
- Membership - e.g., Full Member, Social Member, Junior
- Membership status - Active, Pending, or Expired
- Member since - When you joined the club
Understanding Your Status
| Status | Meaning | Access Level |
|--------|---------|--------------|
| Pending | Your membership is awaiting activation by the committee | Limited - Dashboard, Profile, Help |
| Active | Your membership is current and in good standing | Full access to all features |
| Expiring | Your membership expires within 30 days | Full access (renewal reminder shown) |
| Lapsed | Your membership has expired | View-only access, no directory |
Tip: If your status shows as "Lapsed," contact your club committee to arrange renewal and regain full access. If "Pending," complete your profile and wait for the committee to activate your membership.
Team Assignments
This section shows the teams you're assigned to:
- Team name - The official team name
- League/Competition - What competition the team plays in
- Your role - Player, Captain, or Vice-Captain
- Upcoming matches - Quick view of your next fixtures
Click on any team to view the full roster and schedule.
Recent Announcements
Stay up to date with the latest club news:
- Club announcements - Important updates from the committee
- Team announcements - News specific to your teams
- Event notifications - Upcoming social events or meetings
Announcements are sorted by date, with the most recent at the top.
Tip: Check your dashboard regularly to stay informed about important club updates.
Quick Actions
The quick actions section provides shortcuts to common tasks:
Update Availability
Click to quickly update your playing availability. This helps captains plan team selections.
View Teams
Jump directly to your teams list to see rosters and upcoming fixtures.
View Profile
Access your profile settings to update personal information.
Dashboard Widgets
Depending on your club's configuration, you may also see:
Upcoming Fixtures
A calendar view showing matches and events in the coming weeks.
Availability Summary
Shows your current availability status at a glance.
Club Statistics
Quick stats about your club session performance. Click through to view your full statistics page with detailed game history and analytics.
Customizing Your Dashboard
While the dashboard layout is standardized for all members, you can:
- Collapse sections - Click the header of any card to collapse or expand it
- Filter announcements - Some clubs allow filtering by category
Troubleshooting
I can't see my team assignments
If you've been assigned to a team but it's not showing:
- Try refreshing the page
- Contact your team captain to confirm your assignment
- Reach out to the committee if the issue persists
Announcements aren't loading
- Check your internet connection
- Try clearing your browser cache
- If the problem continues, contact club support
