Club Resources
The Resources section provides access to club documents, guides, and other useful files shared by your club committee. Here you'll find everything from club rules to venue information.
Accessing Resources
Navigate to Resources from the sidebar to view available documents.
Types of Resources
Your club may share various types of resources:
Club Documents
- Club Constitution - Rules and governance
- Code of Conduct - Behavioral expectations
- Safety Policies - Health and safety information
- Privacy Policy - How your data is handled
Playing Resources
- Venue Guides - Directions and facilities information
- Rules of Play - Competition rules and regulations
- Equipment Guidelines - Recommended equipment
Membership Information
- Welcome Pack - Information for new members
- Membership Categories - Types of membership available
- Fee Schedules - Current membership fees
Training Materials
- Coaching Resources - Training tips and drills

Viewing Resources
Resource List
The resources page displays:

Filtering Resources
Use the filter options to find what you need:
- By Category - Show only specific types (e.g., Documents, Guides)
- Search - Type keywords to search resource names
Viewing a Resource
Click on any resource to:
- View it directly in your browser (for PDFs and images)
- See additional details and descriptions
- Download to your device
Downloading Resources
How to Download
- Find the resource you need
- Click the Download button
- The file will save to your default downloads folder
Supported Formats
Resources may be available in various formats:
- PDF - Documents, guides, forms
- DOC/DOCX - Editable Word documents
- XLS/XLSX - Spreadsheets
- Images - JPG, PNG for photos and diagrams
Tip: PDFs are best for viewing on any device. Word documents are useful if you need to fill in forms.
Committee-Only Resources
Some resources are restricted to committee members:
- Administrative Templates - Internal forms and documents
- Financial Reports - Club accounts and budgets
- Meeting Minutes - Committee meeting records
If you're a committee member, you'll see these additional resources in a separate section.
Why Can't I See Certain Resources?
If you're expecting to see a resource but can't:
- It may be restricted to committee members
- Check with the committee if you need access
- Ensure you're logged in with the correct account

Before Your First Match
Download and review:
- Venue guide for your home court
- Club rules and code of conduct
- Competition rules for your league
Throughout the Season
Keep handy:
- League fixtures and rules
- Contact sheets for your teams

New Members
If you're new to the club, start with:
- Welcome pack
- Club constitution
- Code of conduct

Requesting New Resources
If you think the club should add a resource:
- Contact a committee member
- Describe what resource would be helpful
- They can upload it if appropriate
Note: Only committee members can add resources to the system.

How to Print
- Open the resource
- Use your browser's print function (Ctrl+P / Cmd+P)
- Select your printer and options
- Print the document
Tips for Members
- Download key documents - Keep important resources saved locally
- Check for updates - Resources may be updated during the season
- Review before matches - Refresh your memory on venue details
- Know the rules - Familiarize yourself with club and competition rules
Troubleshooting
Can't download a file
- Check your internet connection
- Try right-clicking and "Save As"
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
File won't open
- Ensure you have the right software installed
- For PDFs, try a different PDF reader
- Contact the committee if the file appears corrupted
Resource is out of date
- Let a committee member know
- They can update or replace the document
