Sending Feedback
You can send feedback directly from within Badminton Clubhouse to report bugs, suggest new features, or share general thoughts. Your feedback helps us improve the platform.
How to Send Feedback
- Click the speech bubble icon in the top-right header bar (next to the theme and help icons)
- Type your message (minimum 10 characters) — describe a bug, suggest an improvement, or share any thoughts
- Click Send Feedback
That's it! No need to categorise your feedback — we'll review and classify it on our end.
What Gets Included
When you submit feedback, the following is automatically captured alongside your message:
- The page you're on — gives us context about where you were in the app
- Your browser information — helps us reproduce bugs on the same setup
Your club and account details are also linked so we can follow up if needed.
Tips for Useful Feedback
- For bugs: Describe what you expected to happen versus what actually happened. Include any steps to reproduce the issue.
- For ideas: Explain the problem you're trying to solve, not just the solution you'd like. This helps us find the best approach.
- Be specific: "The stats page doesn't load when I filter by last 30 days" is more helpful than "Stats is broken."
- Mention the page: If your feedback is about a different page than the one you're on, mention it in your message so we know where to look.
