Browse and connect with other club members through the member directory
Member Directory
The member directory lets you browse and find other active members in your club. Use it to connect with teammates, find players at your level, or look up contact information.
Accessing the Directory
Navigate to Directory from the sidebar menu. The directory is available to members with an active or expiring membership status.
Note: If you see a lock icon next to Directory in the sidebar, your membership may still be pending. Contact the committee to have your membership activated.
Browsing Members
The directory shows all active club members in a grid of cards. Each card displays:
- Profile photo (or initials if no photo uploaded)
- Name
- Ability level (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced, Elite)
- Teams they belong to
- Contact information (if the member has chosen to share it)
Searching and Filtering
Search by Name
Use the search box at the top to find members by their first or last name. The search filters results as you type.
Filter Options
Use the dropdown filters to narrow your search:

Clearing Filters
Click the Clear button to reset all filters and show all members again.
Active Filters
When filters are applied, you will see badges showing which filters are active. This helps you keep track of your current view.
Viewing Member Profiles
Click on a member's card to view their full profile page. The profile shows:
- Profile photo
- Full name
- Ability level
- Contact information (if shared)
- Phone number
- Teams they belong to (with links to team pages)
Contact Information Privacy
Member contact information is private by default. Each member chooses whether to share their:
- Email address - for members to contact them directly
- Phone number - for teammates to reach them
If a member has not opted in to share their contact details, you will not see this information in the directory.
Sharing Your Contact Information
To make your contact details visible in the directory:
- Go to your Profile page
- Scroll to the Privacy Settings section
- Toggle on Show email to other members and/or Show phone to other members
- Click Save
Tip: Sharing your contact details helps teammates and captains reach you directly when needed.
Who Appears in the Directory
The directory shows:
- Active members - members with current, active memberships
- Expiring members - members whose memberships are due for renewal within 30 days (they still have full access)
- Non-archived members - members who have not been archived by the club
You will not see:
- Pending members (those awaiting membership activation)
- Lapsed members (those whose membership has expired)
- Archived members
Tips for Using the Directory
- Find teammates - Filter by team to see who else is on your team
- Find players at your level - Use the ability filter to find members to play with
- Update your own profile - Make sure your profile photo and information are current so others can find you
- Respect privacy - If a member has not shared their contact details, reach out through your team captain or the club committee
Troubleshooting
I cannot access the directory
The directory requires an active or expiring membership status. Check:
- Your membership status on your dashboard
- If your status is "Pending", contact the committee to have your membership activated
- If your status is "Lapsed", contact the committee to renew your membership
A member I know is not showing up
They may:
- Have a pending membership (awaiting activation)
- Have a lapsed membership (expired)
- Be archived in the system
I cannot see someone's contact details
Contact information is private by default. The member has not chosen to share their details in the directory. Contact them through your team captain or the club committee instead.
My contact details are showing and I want to hide them
Go to Profile > Privacy Settings and turn off the options to show email and phone to other members.
