Where to see which association seasons you are personally registered in, and what each status means.

Your association registrations

When a club committee registers you into an association season, a record appears on your competitions page under Your association registrations. This section is read-only: your club admin handles registration on your behalf.

Viewing your registrations

  1. Sign in and go to your Me page.
  2. Select Competitions from the sidebar.
  3. Scroll to the Your association registrations card.

Each row shows the season name and a status badge. The card only appears if you have at least one non-voided registration.

Status badges

| Status | Meaning |

|---|---|

| Registered | You are active in this season's player pool. |

| Pending | Your registration is awaiting confirmation from the association (usually because your identity needs to be verified). |

| Lapsed | Your registration was active but has since lapsed. |

Note: Any registration fee is billed to your club, not to you personally. No payment action is required from you.

I am not registered but expect to be

Contact your club admin. Registration is submitted by the club committee from Settings > Affiliations in the club admin area. If your club is affiliated to an association that has an open season, your committee can register you from there.

Note: Under-18 registration is not yet available on the platform, pending safeguarding certification. If you are a junior player, your club admin will be able to register you once that gate is lifted.

If you change clubs

If you move to a different club mid-season, your association registration can follow you via a transfer.

  • The new club's admin requests the transfer through the association.
  • The association approves or rejects the request. The old club is notified but does not have a veto.
  • If approved, your registration moves to the new club. Your full registration history for the season is preserved.
  • Once the transfer is complete, your Your association registrations card updates to show the new club name.

You do not need to take any action yourself. Contact your new club's admin if you expect a transfer to have happened and your registration does not yet reflect the change.

Note: Transfers are subject to the season's transfer window. If the window has closed, the association can still approve the request, but it may be marked as a late transfer.
